YEP exactly. And I am saying this as a long Yugioh fan who has watched all seasons and watched more than half of Arc v and ALL of Vrains and Sevens weekly when they were airing. Sevens is a disgrace to Yugioh
ikr, imagine they rush ended Vrains
Rip Link 5 Revolver Borrelend Dragon (mc should duel vs the rival at the end of final episode of all yugioh, yugi vs kaiba stuff)
Now we can't even see the card (yet?) in Master Duel yugi-oh game
XD
I wanted to see a link 8 god card. Lol But they have to end it so early. I wonder what would happen if it goes over 6-7-8 link monster.
i don't think its possible lol
even link 6 too overboard
the vibe just like nasch/shark in zexal force xyz summon king of hope, barrian with 6 monsters in the field including opponent monster
so cringe xD
Well I love to see everything get max out. Lol Vrain one show that hasn't go all out.
As a person who watched everything up to VRAINS and watched all the way to episode 73 of Sevens and then dropped it, I completely agree with you. Sevens is indeed a disgrace. And this Go Rush series is even worse! First episode and this whole 'alien learning the basics of Rush Duels' is so shit I felt insulted watching the whole thing! I can't believe I am going to drop a series like Yugioh from the 1st episode!!! Are there new producers or something in Yugioh now? Otherwise, I don't understand the drop in quality?
This series is great and this Haruma character is REALLY EPIC!!! We needed that laugh after Angels of Death ended with Zack Foster and Rachel Gardner! :))))))
Haha, I couldn't even finish the first episode of Sevens before I closed the tab in frustration. >_<
yes. they shouldve made something similar to what they did to vrains. sevens feels like a children's show. not to mention that ive heard that theres another new series coming up soon with another main cast that is in elementary school with that stupid theme
more worse, next yugioh confirmed sequel of childish show sevens
go rush something
SMH...
Just imagine if they extend vrains just like sevens, idk what they thinking anymore
(Sevens s1 had 92 eps and then sevens go rush s2 probably around 90+ eps also)
ah, yes, shadowverse (flame but it doesn't matter), considered to be arguably the worst card game anime ever combining every flaw a card game anime could have is obviously so much better than the best written ygo show because check notes kids! and edginess!
They say the success of the anime determine of the animation. The overall the animation is a reflection of how bad Sevens.
i've been meaning to watch the yugios, how would you rank them (best to worst)
DM
GX
5DS
Zexal
ArcV
Vrains
Best to Worst:
5DS>Vrains>Zexal>ArcV>DM>GX>Sevens (kekw)
DM >> GX > 5DS > Zexal > Arc V and i dont really care about the rest
helpful thanks! why is 5D's best? (other than the insane premise)
Shadowverse anime keep getting better while yugioh keep getting worse, altho the game master duel is more f2p than shadowverse, if only sv is like md in terms of f2p.
Very agreed with you!
They'd think pulled some big brain move rush ended vrains series eh?
WHAT A DISGRACE SEVENS!!
now i'm addicted to master duel game, still waiting revolver borrel archtype link 5
Sevens degrading themselves. Shameful.
so how much f2p is the master duel
If u start early got enough gems to made most of the meta deck if u a meta guy, then theres story give u some structure deck and some gems, daily mission and stuff, event also give u plenty gems. Tho imo what make master duel f2p is for example u want to craft blue eyes deck, u just need to craft sr blue eyes archetype card then a box focused on blu eyes will appeared for u to gacha, so u going to get blue eyes cards easy.
Sorry bad english
Well, now Shadowverse always give away 2 pre-built deck with decent amount of legendaries each deck per expansion/season, by defeating elites AI alone player can get enough materials to make 1 proper meta deck and you can get more by playing the story
And Shadowverse have crafting system too, you don't even need to dismantle specific rarity to make certain rarity to make it simple you can craft Legendary card by dismantling 17 gold card or 3 legendary card or bunch of useless silver and bronze card.
I've been playing SV for a year without spending a single cent and i have every deck(Yes, every single deck) for Rotation format, and FYI by doing event and daily missions everyday F2P player can open around 400packs/season.
i see but what did u mean by "If u start early got enough gems to made most of the meta deck if u a meta guy" cause im not too sure what u meant here
Oh sorry poor choice of words, it should be "If u just started the game and cleared the summoning tutorial give u plenty of gems like 9k gems iirc"
i see, thanks
Of coarse the irony is that this's one out of two anime with a 2nd season/spin off that is a card game anime that is airing this seasonal anime line up. The second one is Build Divide: Code White
This a new anime ?
Oh so it's a spin off then
you can clearly see luka in the opening.... its s2... also shadowverse s1 is jus a spin off on the game... no one really play card games in the game story, they just fight to the death.
SO I"M WATCHING SEASON 2 ? I have to watch 48 episodes just to watch this new season ?
nah you're good. watch season 1 if ya want but it's not required
Not really, no. It looks like there will be some connection to the Tree of Woe from the end of season 1, but all the characters are new. ALL of them. You're fine just starting here.
i dont think u skip much by not watching s1, and s1 had pretty bad first episodes LUL
new season of shadowverse with new characters
You sure ? it's not like season 2 right like a new series on shadowverse...
this is actually season 2 as it season 1 was supposed to be 48 episode long but for some reason became part 1 and part 2.
so soon?? I guess they really love to work with CGI. What they are not getting is we want is great Animation, not some fancy CGI stuff.
I've googled shadowverse and it looks completely different to what's depicted in anime.
Kinda remind me of Pokémon and Beyblade lol
First time i have ever seen a classroom so welcoming for a new be lol
How did that lollipop not fall out of his mouth while he was cackling like a lunatic? Is it glued to his tongue?
And then when he crunched down so hard that the whole thing vanished, how did his teeth not crack? Is he secretly Mr. Owl???
"I've never met a total beginner." Never? Never once in your life? Not once have you ever met anyone who hadn't played before? Did you and the rest of the world pop out of the womb with the tutorial battles already completed?
*sigh* Honestly, this is one thing I hate about all card-battle anime. They always have to be THE GAME THAT THE WHOLE WORLD PLAYS. It can't just be a game that some folks like. And, yeah, I get that it's supposed to be a commercial for the card game, but it makes the entire setup of the world both ridiculous and boring.
Then there's the whole "save the world" business that usually gets drug in, when I truly just want to see some people play a card game. That's it. I don't want them to save the world, I don't want them to fight corruption, I don't want them to end wars or overthrow governments or stop evil conglomerates or battle aliens. I just want them to hang out and play a card game with each other.
*sigh* Honestly, these typical card battle anime really aren't for me, but... I always try. I always want to love them. And some times I make it through to the end. I finished the first Shadowverse, even if the whole Tree of Woe arc had me pulling my hair out. Let's see of this new iteration can keep me around again.
is more like i never met a total beginner in a place where student regurally play shadowverse.
this actually seems pretty good :v
shadow v is back! tho these are the smallest roundest college students i;ve ever seen
I'm pretty sure these "college students" are actually like 10 years old. XD
What a cool anime name shadowverse flames
Indeed it is, ofc this is spin off though
Rather than a spin off, it seems to be a direct sequel of the other Shadowverse anime, but with new characters.
yeah, it's basically the Yugioh GX of Shadowverse
even got the same "school for popular card game" setting
obviously far better than cringe yugioh sevens
yugioh anime has been long dead since sevens series, damn komoney
